Three days 'til surf camp! So excited, both for the vacation and the surfing (and the fact that the weather here is finally warm). Now I just need to get my trekreversebang fic wrapped up before then...


Day Ten: Favorite female character in a scifi/supernatural show:


Sharon is in my top five favorite characters, period:

1. She. Just. Kicks. Ass.

2. She's a Mama Bear: "Ordinary moms don't play when it comes to the safety of their children, let alone trained warrior alien robot moms." (standard tv tropes disclaimer)

3. She puts up with so much shit from the Colonials, and still remains loyal because she thinks that's the right side to be on.

4. She wasn't afraid to use her Cylon abilities, despite the fact that they continued to mark her out as different from the rest of the BSG folk.

5. New Caprica. All of it.

6. Sharon and Helo have the healthiest relationship in the entire show, even if it isn't always easy.

7. Her call sign is the coolest Greek goddess of them all.
