I was wondering what happened with your Big Bang. Totally understand that life gets in the way sometimes. Still can't wait to read it though.
When I did run I would run to Cascada, I'm not sure what the BPM is but almost every song was a perfect match for my stride. I did a quick google search for "songs 180 bpm" and it was almost all running sites, so that might give you a place to start.
