General Mix - Get Up and Be It

A carefully culled set of songs from my "fuck y'all, I'm going running" playlist. Because some days you just need to rock it out.
Artists include AC/DC, Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, and Joan Jett.

Like all of my running mixes, this one starts out on the slower end and then ramps up to over 200 beats per minute (with a cool down song at the end) and is just over 90 minutes long.

*grin* That's one of my pet peeves too - I mean, I love getting new mixes, so I'm not going to complain, but it only takes a few minutes to get the metadata correct if you're putting a mix together! Anyway, I hope you enjoy the mix!
